Status: ACTIVELY HIRING for April 2026
Pay: $18 – $24 per hour (based on experience) | Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM start | Season: April through October, with potential for year-round work
What You Will Do: Prep job sites (cleaning, edging, blowing, taping), apply sealcoat, crack filler, and asphalt patch materials using commercial-grade equipment, operate spray systems and squeegee rigs, assist with parking lot striping, and keep every job site clean and professional.
What We Are Looking For: Reliable and punctual, ready to work outdoors. Prior experience in construction, landscaping, or similar work is a plus, but we will train the right person. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to our Castleton meeting point. Must be 18+. Veterans and military reservists encouraged to apply.

Ox Asphalt crew leads manage daily operations on residential and commercial job sites across central Indiana. You will coordinate with the team, ensure quality work, and keep projects on schedule.
What you will do:
Supervise sealcoating, crack sealing, and asphalt repair crews. Manage materials and equipment on site. Communicate with customers and the office. Train new team members. Ensure safety standards are met on every job.
What we are looking for:
Prior experience in asphalt, concrete, or construction. Ability to lead a small team. Valid driver’s license. Reliable transportation. Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
Compensation: Competitive pay based on experience. Weekly pay, overtime available, year-round work for the right candidate.
Visit properties. Build accurate estimates. Coordinate projects from start to finish.
As an estimator and project coordinator, you will visit commercial and residential properties across Indianapolis, assess pavement conditions, and create detailed proposals. You will manage projects from bid to completion and keep clients informed every step of the way.
What we are looking for:
Experience in construction estimating, project management, or a related field. Strong communication and organizational skills. Valid driver’s license. Comfort with technology (CRM, estimating software).

Ox Asphalt sales reps connect with homeowners, HOAs, property managers, and business owners who need asphalt maintenance. You will build relationships, present solutions, and close deals.
What we are looking for:
Sales experience preferred but not required. We value hustle and people skills. Valid driver’s license. Comfort with CRM tools and phone/email outreach.
Compensation: Base pay plus commission. Uncapped earning potential for top performers.

Office and operations support at Ox Asphalt helps with scheduling, invoicing, customer communication, and keeping our systems organized. This role is the backbone that keeps field crews productive and customers happy.

Strong organizational skills. Experience with office software, scheduling, or customer service. Attention to detail. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
